Open the Misfits project in Supabase and select the inbox table. Access requires a project administrator account; private records are never loaded into this page.

Work through the inbox

Filter kind to review introductions, notes, stories or suggestions. Use status to mark a record reviewed, contacted or archived. Keep follow-up notes in owner_notes. The site saves submissions but does not send notification or invitation emails.

Before publishing a story

Review the words and chosen byline. Confirm publication_consent is true before setting a story’s status to published. The database blocks publication without consent. Publishing exposes only the title, story, byline and publication date. To remove it from the journal, return its status to reviewed or archived.

Look after the people who write

Respond using the contact details they provided. Honor correction and removal requests after verifying the sender; review and delete submissions you no longer need. Only grant inbox access to people trusted to handle these conversations.
